This exclusive & unique photographic study of Polo features Ricky Cooper, Captain of the Wales Polo Team. Over the course of two very exhilarating photography sessions, Matthew sought to capture the passion & soul of the sport, moving beyond the ephemeral action to reveal the profound essence of Polo itself.
A STUDY OF ORO
A three-day artistic study, conducted in the serene environs of Madrid, unveils a unique horse, Pearl of Peace EV (Oro). The singular focus of this exclusive endeavour was to immortalise Oro’s majestic presence, with particular attention to the unique luminescence of his double-pearl gene golden coat.
A STUDY OF ZORRO
In this study Matthew captured the powerful and dramatic presence of the stallion, Zorro. His magnificent black coat served as the central inspiration for the artistic vision. The resulting work, a series of striking triptychs, were created to evoke the power and drama inherent in this exceptional subject.
